Yeah, but there's a difference between plain clothes in an Impala (not surprising) and plain clothes in a five year old Civic (surprising, and I've seen one).

I often see guys with guns and vests coming out of older Tahoes and even a Hyundai Sonata from the early years of the Korean car.
Kind of comforting knowing that there is some around.

I saw plain clothes cops get out of a PT Cruiser.... And once I was pulled over by a plain clothes in a 2 door Honda Accord (2000-2002 model). I was like that's weird why is the cop driving a purple PT Cruiser? Then I asked him and he told me ha.

The officer said Police in my area can use any car new or old as an unmarked police car. I was surprised but if I ever become a cop i will demand a 1970 something Dodge Monaco aka the Bluesmobile
